Guests are allowed to stay for a limited time. If they will be living in the residence, they will need to apply for approval.

The safety and comfort of all residents is AVE’s No. 1 priority! Due to this, AVE Paradise Valley is proud to be a smoke-free community. This includes the use of marijuana, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaporizers, hookahs, cigars, or any other smoking device that contains tobacco or non-tobacco products. If your situation changes, you may be able to break your lease by paying a buyout fee. Please contact the leasing office for more information and details.
